SaSuTi respects and maintains the privacy of students, parents and visitors. Information submitted through admission forms, demo-class forms, counselling requests, calls, WhatsApp, email, test registrations, study-material requests or website enquiry forms is collected only for academic communication, admission support, course guidance, batch updates, test-series updates, fee/payment communication, doubt support and student service purposes.

SaSuTi does not sell or commercially share student personal data with third parties. Student phone numbers, email IDs, academic records, attendance, marks, counselling details, payment references, photographs, testimonials and results are handled responsibly and are used only for legitimate institute-related purposes.

Student photos, result details, testimonials or success stories may be published on the website, social media, posters or banners only with suitable consent or permission from the concerned student/guardian. A student may contact SaSuTi to request correction, update or removal of personal details where reasonably possible.

SaSuTi follows reasonable privacy and security practices in line with applicable laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable rules or amendments. This policy is intended for student privacy protection and should be read with the Terms & Conditions of SaSuTi.

Terms & Conditions

All admissions, demo classes, classroom batches, online courses, test series, library facilities, study materials and counselling services are governed by SaSuTi rules, seat availability, course structure and batch schedule communicated at the time of admission or registration.

Fee & Refund Policy: Fees once paid to SaSuTi are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-extendable under normal circumstances. Students are advised to attend counselling/demo class and verify course details, batch timing, duration, syllabus coverage, test schedule, study material and other terms before taking admission or making payment.

Any special adjustment, batch change, extension, carry-forward or administrative exception, if allowed, shall be at the sole discretion of SaSuTi management and only when confirmed in writing.

Course timing, faculty allocation, class schedule, test dates, result display format, study material availability, online access and venue may be updated by SaSuTi when required for academic, administrative or unavoidable reasons.

Study materials, PDFs, notes, tests, recordings, question papers and solutions provided by SaSuTi are for enrolled students only. Copying, resale, uploading, forwarding, public sharing or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Students must maintain discipline in classroom, library, test centre and online platforms. Misconduct, misuse of content, disturbance to other students or violation of institute rules may lead to suspension or cancellation of access without refund.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts/forums at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
